✨ 1¼ tsp baking powder
🧂 ¼ tsp baking soda + ¼ tsp salt
🥣 1 cup Greek yogurt (any flavor – I used plain!)
🥛 ¼ cup milk or water
🥚 2 eggs
🍁 2 tbsp maple syrup
🍦 ½ tsp vanilla
💪 2 scoops (30g) unflavored protein powder – I used @marigoldfoodstx

Mix it all up and cook like you normally would! I love popping a lid on while they cook – the steam makes them extra FLUFFY!
