COFFEE BROWNIE BAKED PROTEIN OATS

- 1 scoop MariGold Vanilla Collagen Latte High Protein Coffee
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used dairy-free coconut milk)
- 1 Tbsp sweetener (allulose or stevia) or sugar-free maple syrup (I used @choczero)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 bar – MariGold Double Fudge Brownie Grass-fed Protein Bar (or your favorite flavor)
- Sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Blend ingredients together in a blender and pour into an oil-sprayed bowl.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Toppings of choice – I used MariGold Double Fudge Brownie Protein Bar & sugar-free chocolate syrup!
