- 1/2 cup MariGold Rich Chocolate Malt Whey Isolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup PBfit peanut butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute (i.e. allulose)
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar substitute
- 2 tsp unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl mix in peanut butter, whey protein, sugar, and egg until smooth and thick (if consistency isn’t thick, add more whey or peanut butter)
- Once you have a smooth consistency, scoop about a tbsp size and lay on parchment paper
- Bake for 5-8 minute
- Let cool and drizzle glaze on top
- Enjoy
